I take an integrative marketing communications course at UNCW. One major aspect of IMC is a customer centered experience. An experience that is tailored made toward those your interact with the most.

The customer centered experience is the connection that all consumers have under one product. The feeling you get when you watch that one commercial. The positive feeling you get about a paid service. That is the customer centric experience.

I write on this subject because I think we forget that if a customer experience isn’t created, then it will be made for you.
